Firstly we would like to thank Robin and Rick for hosting the evening. Apologies for our noisy BRC members and sometime uncontrollable noise that is emitted from our mouths.
Dinner at the Longueville Hotel was well attended with all members except for Dam It!! and Maverick in attendance
Discussion on BRC XXXXIV Gold Coast was short with BB advising he would send around some email to g
Jagger Note - The highlight of the evening was Manly, the mighty Sea Eagles taking on the Melbourne Storm and bashing them into submission, almost to nil, with only a few seconds left in the game.
Dam It 1 attended late having doble booked his evening, he was apprioprately penalised in chips as per Constitution
Rules. Maverick followed aroung 10pm a due to late flight and was also appropriately penalised.
There was some difficulty with the light with the green and blue BRC chips not readily distinguishable.
Maverick almost brought the house down or at least the chair when the plastic chair he was sitting in gave way to his "enthusiasm"
The next highlight being the contrasting luck between BB and TC Jagger, Nothing could go right for TC Jagger and BB kept jagging nearly everything until Maverick turned up and shared some of the wins.
It was a very enjoyable evening. Great food and drink, many laughs.
Banker could not hit a hand and when his winning pocket bullets were stripped by the surprise strip at the end of the night it was final nail in the coffin.
Others had no chance against an unbeatable BB, with only Maverick giving the game a shake near the end
BB winning by a handsome margin and at the same time breaking some records, including the longest winning streak, BB managed to win exactly 1/3 of the kitty. BB collecting 10 points has pushed up the ladder by 1 position!!!! from 9th to 8th spot and now in a position to win, making the situation even tighter at the top.
New leader Sniper takes over from Banker with 36 points and 35 points respectively. Professor continues to hold 3rd spot and Punter takes fourth at 29 points. 5th still held by Rok at 27 points, equal 6th is TC jagger and Developer.
So we have 11 points separating first and 8th.
TC Jagger advises he was not his usual jagging self. He sends his apologies and has assured me that he will turn up for the next game to jag a win.
