Thanks to Mr and Mrs TC Jagger for an entertaining and well catered for BRC LI Special Christmas BBQ Dinner and Meeting.

Attendees for dinner were TC Jagger, The Rok, BB and the Professor, with GT and Banker coming later for the main event, apologies from all other members.
Special guest players included Mick de Giorgio( Jagger's brother in law) and Linus Karsai who were left at times speechless with the variety of games played.

Usual banter and game play for the night. Mick was taking photos of his big stack. Small wine table spillage recorded by the Rok.

TC Jagger was still having problems with his downlights some of which flicked on an off as transformers and player heated up.

The 11pm break saw great deserts and coffee followed by KK presents with TC Jagger implementing a very "simple" multiple high card draw to distribute the KK's???

GT, Mick and the Professor and the apprentice headed off after the break going out small time but ahead in the winning stakes.

Game finished at 1am with the remaining players trying to recoup losses or maintain winnings. TC Jagger was the overall chips leader for the night. Last place was taken by the Banker.

Gentlemen

For the sake of good record keeping, I have updated the competition table, showing positions unchanged on the table, and only positions for the night.

With the initial planned 9 members attending ( minus Sniper and Punter), further last minute drop outs were Maverick, Dam it and Developer. BBQ was great, shared with great company and great wines ( no 1988 Pyrus). 2 extras were added creating a table of 7 players and 1 statistician. It was a shame the others could not share the experience.

In any case, results of the night are included in the table.

Best Hand of the night was the 3 aces in hand , 1 Ace on the turn, River wild card 8, with 2 other wild cards in the flop and you could only use 1 or 3 cards in your Hand. TC jagger wins with 7 Aces. A similar hand was also recorded by the ROK, on the strip game.

Look forward to 2013, in the meantime TC Jagger household wishes all BRC members and family a great and joyous Christmas and very properous new year.

2013 is the year of the snake? So who will be the Champion for 2012 and 2013?

I wish to thank Tony & Rose for hosting such a very entertaining evening and also for the lovely Xmas dinner . Excellent BBQ & a couple of celubrious wines were enjoyed thoroughly. The Poker was comical at times with the inclusion of Mick & The Professor's apprentice trying to get their heads around the games we play.
Call it beginners luck ; but both left the table in front whilst other seasoned players floundered. The Jaggers new version of 7 card stud received mixed response ... but I enjoyed it ( I won a sizeable pot ).
Again , thank you Tony & Rose .... Best wishes to you all for Xmas & a safe and happy new year.
